old world style with genuine antique furniture. It is situated just 4 min walk to
the beautiful sandy beach of Pescara and 5 min to the centre. Also about 4 min by
taxi from Pescara main railway station. The mountains are about 40 min. by car with
some higher than 2700 metres, ideal for skiing in the winter. Pescara Airport is
a short taxi ride away, and Pescara enjoys cheap flights from Ryan Air, even in the
summer periods.
Almost on the same latitude as Rome Pescara has its full share of
the glorious Italian sunshine. The sandy beach is regularly cleaned and stretches
for miles. Pescara old town is a delight with some super shopping facilities.

a single. There are two very large balconies that give a panoramic view of Pescara
and indeed the sea -
